The standard king room had great upgrades, was affordable, and had an amazing view.

everything was beautiful, the parking was on site, the room was impeccably clean. the staff were both supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating. the location couldn't be more incredible on the outskirts of zutphen.

The room we had included an electronic key card, a work desk, and television. The staff were supper friendly, good services. Location: the hotel was very close to the northern Netherlands, Zutphen and the city center. It also was in the restaurant or sports bar.

Our room at the Fletcher Resort-Hotel Zutphen was exceptionally nice and warm. the accommodation provided breakfast for 2 and had an extra bed in the room. the hotel is centrally located, near the train station and restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at L'ostellino, which is conveniently close to the hotel.

a sauna was available on site. there's no reason to complain, i will be back. i enjoyed the location. situated only 1 mile from drogenapstoren.

The staff at Fletcher Resort-Hotel Zutphen were excellent. the rooms were exceptionally clean and had tea facilities, a double bed, and a widescreen TV. the location of the hotel is incredible, right in the heart of the shopping area and next to a luxurious hotel perfect for a romantic getaway, as well as the Saturday market.

Staff were very pleasant, and the tennis, squash and bowling facilities were very impressive indeed.

I wasn't fond of the stale odour on the way to my room, which also made its way into the room. I think it was caused by the close proximity to the swimming pool.

the restaurant food at night is the best you find anywhere in the world...the serving staff are very friendly and professional..the sports facilities are excellent...there is a lovely feeling of relaxation out and about the hotel...lovely grounds well kept

the walls of the room were grubby and would need a coat of fresh paint...the room was very dark and small...there was no bulb in the light stand and the window was not giving much light due to the position of the room so it felt really gloomy inside..it was room112..the only problem with this hotel is the small cramped rooms with walls with dirty marks

The warm double room was a highlight, with a nice bed and clean bathroom. the perfect location was close to the train station, the outskirts of Zutphen, and the main shopping area and sights. the staff was excellent, and the views were particularly nice.

The concept is good and the breakfast is more than sufficient

This no nonsens hotel is easy to find, sports facilities and a nice simple breakfast.

The breakfast in the morning was good and complete with organic fruit and juices. the location of the hotel was great and perfect, right in the center of Zutphen.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of different breads, cereals, and juices. The availability of coffee and tea facilities may be limited, but the internet connectivity was unusually good for a hotel. The staff, including the counter staff, waiting staff, cleaning staff, and night staff, were all friendly and accommodating. The bathroom facilities were very good and the hotel had ample and easy car parking. The rental bicycles were in great condition, perfect for bike riders like us.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel and had no reason to complain.
